 contrabass clarinet transposing

Hi I switched from contra alto recently and I have no idea how to transpose from contrabass to tuba and im not sure if its the same from contra alto from contrabass witch I don't think so but if anyone can help me out soon so I can finally start using it and practicing it for concert music that would be great thanks

Im sorry it doesn't say the post is up anymore I think someone took it down if you can repeat what you said in the previous one that would be great.

Your contra alto was an Eb instrument, while your contra bass is a Bb instrument. So, the transposition is not the same. I replied on the other thread as well.
