Scratches inside the Bb clar crystal Mouthpiece. Just got a GG ITALY mouthpiece off eBay $259 that stated no scratches Well there are a bunch of scratches on the inside. Will that affect my tone or tuning???

Crystal is a difficult material to work. It could very well be part of the final adjustments by the maker or re-facer.

In general, no. Scratches are just a cosmetic issue.

It all depends on the nature of the scratches. If they're deep gouges, then that could have some marginal effect if you compare it to a mouthpiece without, but comparing two crystal mouthpieces is like comparing apples to oranges as no two mouthpieces will be exactly the same.
If it's fine scratches that look like it's been abraded with some sort of rotary diamond file or a hand-held diamond file, the that could be done to correct or adjust the inside dimensions.
