Your best bet is to use something like Yamaha pro level clarinet screws as they haven't done anything stupid with them - no plastic collars or ridiculously deeply countersunk pillars with hardly any internal threads remaining, just your standard point screw with heads and full depth threads.

As for Buffet point screws, Dawkes/Windcraft DO have some older style Buffet point screws without the plastic collar.
