 Is this a 1930s Chedeville?

Can someone identify what kind of mouthpiece this is? I think it has to be made from a Chedeville blank of the golden era, since it has written Qualité superieure over the two bottom lines. But there is no logo on the mouthpiece

I would contact Brad Behn or Ramon Wodkowski. Either of those guys have seen FAR more vintage mouthpieces than most any of us mere mortals.
