Is there a current alternative to this? I'm coming to the end of my supplies and wonder what is available nowadays?

I have been using The Doctor's Bore Oil.

Almond oil is widely used by many repair techs. Most also add some vitamin E oil (available at most drug stores) to help preserve the wood.

I use Almond oil with 5% isopropyl alcohol to improve penetration.
