In the last few months, I got a hard rubber and a glass ML. They were OK in the original shape, the facing was symmetrical on both (minor surprise) only the curve was inefficient.
After I refaced these, they turned out to be in the top 10 I have ever tried or owned (these categories add up to hundreds 😁).
I suspect the hard rubber is a Riffault and the crystal is probably made by Pomarico. But both surpass the usual quality of these brands. Who did the QA for these when they were modified and got the ML logo? Maybe I'm just lucky with these two, but the sound is resonant, smooth and gorgeous, like a pure liquid.
Does anybody have the same experience with ML mouthpieces?
Mark

Nice to hear. It can be hard to voice and bring out the best characteristics of a blank. Good job on being able to bring these to life!
