Jan,
It is the "Complete Method for Clarinet" by Carl Baermann, third division published by Fischer. I would bet you could find it from one of the Sneezy sponsors.
Happy scaling!

Baermann Part 3 is about 60 pages of scales, not 3.
You may be thinking of the 2-page exercise on scales in thirds in part 3 of the Klose book. Klose says "I consider this exercise to be one of the most important," and I think he's right. You can pretty easily commit it to memory, and it takes you through every major and minor key.
Best regards.

I recommend the David Hite edition of Baermann III. It is arranged by key, rather than by the type of scale. I find this more convenient.

The only problem with the Hite edition of the Baermann, which is what i use in conjunction with the Jettel scale book, is that it omits many of the high range stuff. In the Fisher and some other editions, even the first C-Major goes up to top C, where in the Hite edition it only goes up to E or G (and seldom higher throughout the rest of the book).
