Legere DO NOT behave like cane. You have to use a strength that works for the facing. Going stronger and using more “bite” doesn’t work.

They do force you to seek shorter barrels though. If your around 10 cents flat, I’d shave off 2mm to start (just mean shorter barrel, not to retool existing).
