Love the sound of this mpc but plays very flat with a legere European cut #3 reed on my R13 with 65mm barrel. Anyone have a solution shorter barrel how short??.Or maybe harder cut reed??

Legere DO NOT behave like cane. You have to use a strength that works for the facing. Going stronger and using more “bite” doesn’t work.
They do force you to seek shorter barrels though. If your around 10 cents flat, I’d shave off 2mm to start (just mean shorter barrel, not to retool existing).

Gene, I presume you have the BD5-13 series, which is typically quite flat by itself. The Legere EC reeds will make it even flatter. To make this combination work requires at least a 64mm barrel.
I would recommend trying the standard BD5 (non-series 13) pitched at A442. With the Legere reed, this combination should play in tune with a 65-66mm barrel. Personally, I also prefer the feel of the standard BD5 as it is less resistant and tonally more flexible.
Good luck!
