Google translated:
"I am selling this full boehm clarinet with no apparent brand. I'm selling it for 1200€. It works perfectly on all registers, completely re-buffered a few years ago by David Barrault (white leather pad, steel springs, corks, settings...) he also made this "extension" which allows it to go down to D, a curved metal barrel to have a better playing position and a ring for the rope. I am selling it because I no longer play the clarinet. A test is obvious... "
(1200 Euros is about $1355)

The ad states "he also made this "extension"" and is selling it as a "modified" full boehm clarinet.
You'll find various"customizers" out there making a clarinet into a basset like horn. Or anything that you like.
Stephen Fox used to make a soprano clarinet to basset clarinet conversion pieces and parts.

Looks like a variation on the Buescher "Saxonette" See

The base instrument looks a bit like a Couesnon Monopole.
