I've got the same mark on mine. Based on what I found about logos on https://www.woodwindforum.com/clarinetperfection/ and https://sites.google.com/clarinetpages.net/clarinetpages/home (links at top), and also the type of case, I figure these are 40's and 50's.
The round D/N logos are earlier ones.
They seem to have dropped the "D" in the early sixties.
I couldn't find much about the interwar period.
I couldn't make much of the serial number lists - the ones I found were "Leblanc" not "Noblet" and the numbers repeated.
Corrections and elaborations requested...
