Back when that was a current model Grabner had that information on his website. I'm sure he'd provide that to you if you messaged him.......really good guy.

From an archive of Walt's web site at archive.org
Tip opening listed as 1.03-1.05 mm
CXZ_K13* - Enhanced version of the very popular CXZ_K13.
Closer tip than K13, enhanced facing.
The CXZ_K13 is an extremely popular soprano clarinet mouthpiece both in the U.S. and Europe. The CXZ_K13* is an enhancement of that product. It is currently my most popular mouthpiece!
Closer tip than the K13 and an enhanced facing curve give this mouthpiece a higher level of focus and clarity. Dark, warm ringing CORE tone, for maximum precision. Optimized for Vandoren V12 #3 1/2 strength reed.
Tunes to 440 with a standard length barrel (generally 66 mm) Can play at 442 with a 65 mm barrel. Enhanced Lower Baffle and additional hand reaming and interior polishing.

I second Paul's suggestion to simply shoot Mr. Grabner an e-mail. He's always been super helpful to me!
If you're searching for reeds that work well with that mouthpiece, he could offer some valuable guidance there, as well.
