I collect old clarinets and have two mouthpieces that have arrived with my very oldest instruments (i.e., those from roughly the teens of the last century). These mpcs are hard rubber, with a scooped baffle and relatively narrow throat opening. The only mark on them is on the bottom back (opposite of table side) that says:
"France"
The marking includes the quotation marks. They play beautifully.
Has anyone seen these?
