Identifying maker of Windsor Hamburg Eb sop

Ok - huge long shot, but I have serviced this Eb for a friend and it has some characteristics which someone may recognise.

The only logo is on the bell, Windsor Hamburg (assuming it is an original bell).

It has a serial number midway up the body with a 7 above 4921.

Body and barrel are wood, bell is not.

The mouthpiece with the instrument fits the barrel, which fits the body.

My Eb mouthpiece is too large for the barrel, and my Eb barrel will not fit on to its body.

Playing the instrument, with its mouthpiece and barrel, the barrel needs to be pulled out by 4mm to be happily in tune. Once in tune, it is nicely in tune with itself across the range.

Pictures show quite angular styling of key work. The touch piece of the register key is an asymmetrical teardrop.

Is this of an otherwise unidentifiable European / Asian origin, or can a maker be narrowed down?

The auto-generated link to the last photo is broken. It should be:

I'm fairly certain it's an old Amati as it has an ebonite bell, that mushroom-shaped speaker bush and a regular Eb clarinet mouthpiece won't fit.

The opinions I express are my own.
