 Barrels with varying tapers?

Hello all,

I’ve been trying out several Pyne synthetic barrels with varying tapers and resistance levels, and I’m curious if there are other makers who offer a range of different tapers? I haven’t been aware of anyone doing so, I seem to see only a standard taper offering by the current barrel makers with whom I’m familiar.

Buffet also have Chadash, Moennig and Icon barrels with different tapers.

Backun have a large range with tapers. Aidoni and Forbes have a large number.

Check tuning while you test. The different tapers also affect the different registers differently.
