 Stravinski's Firebird Suite
Author: Sylvain

Hi, Sorry to bother with this not so thrilling question but I have a doubt about a few notes in the Bonade excerpts book
p77 "Variation de l'oiseau de feu"
3rd bar after number 17,
quintuplet is written
G# C F# G# C should it be G# C# F# G# C# ?
triplet is written
G# B A should it be F# B A ?

I think 4th bar is as written in Bonade's book.

Let me know if I am right, this piece is so tricky that I don't want to be practising the wrong notes...
Thanks,
-S

Looked through my score(1910 version) and can't find your reference. Perhaps I'll find it in the 1919 version?

Yes! The 1919 version shows that you
are correct in both your assumptions.

Quintuplet: G#,C#,F#,G#,C# and the triplet: F#,B,A.

You are right in your corrections, and FYI, it is also wrong in the International Orchestral Excerpts book, along with measures one after 11 and three after 11.
