I have just bought pre R13 serial 44xxx and I also have a newer E13 serial K171xxx, both are near mint. I am thinking in selling one of them, Which one should I keep?

The E13 will benefit from Buffet's recent developments in bore configuration and may have better tuning than the pre-R13 instrument. Also, it's going to be a newer instrument. I realize that this does not necessarily mean that the other instrument is inferior, but clarinets in general do not improve with age. The real test will be to play them and see which you like best, but all things being equal I'd keep the E13. The E13 will retain it's value better.

Agree- and the pre-R13 may have better tone than newer E13.
I'd ask someone else to listen when you play both, or record yourself .
However, there may be other considerations, besides how an instrument plays.
Also, check the tuning on both, of course, and also listen for evenness between the notes.
Also, check for "dull" notes- my pre-R13 has perfectly balanced C#, but my newer R13P required elevating the C# pad cap and replacing original pad with a cork pad to get it sound even with D and C.
You may want to check tone holes on both, but esp. on the pre-R13 for problems like chips which (if chips are present) may make further re-padding difficult.
