Pretty wacky looking instrument, wish more Clarinets looked like that!
Anyways, just out of curiosity I decided to see how expensive the thing would be, but it appears to be rare (in the west) because there's virtually nothing on it. I tried searching it up in Mongolian too, got no good results. By the way, its name translates into something like 'Horn Trumpet', which is becomes confusing for an American such as myself.

So if a dude can't visit Mongolia, where would he buy/look up the price of an Ever Büree? Better yet, to solve the original question that made me ask this one, how much does an Ever Büree cost?

There’s really no way to buy one in the traditional sense (nobody would keep them “in stock”), you have to know someone who you can commission your build one.

The closest instrument commonly available would be the basset horn, which will set you back around $6k for a used one. You could even make an adapter to use a saxophone mouthpiece to make it closer to the original.
