Anyone have updated info on how to contact? I keep getting the Verizon online home page. No luck with MSN or Google search.

I am told he is now working out of the Brook Mays, Dallas "main" store but I have not confirmed that.
I'm planning to ask Tom to lunch in the next week or so (after my son's visit from AL). I hope he responds ++, I sure would like to see/hear what he has to say about a lot of things. I'll post any email, chat, info that I can get from him.................you may have all you need by then though.

jerry, sorry if this is tangential, which Brook Mays is the "main" store?
I have questions of my own about Ridenour clarinets, so would also appreciate the information.

The Dallas store is their corporate headquarters. Go to their website at http://www.brookmays.com and get their 800 no. When you call that the phone person will answer all your other questions. That number rings at the corporate headquarters. They'll give you Tom's extension no., etc.

What wpold be cool is if some way we could get Mr. R. to visit us on the CHAT line for a while.......do you suppose he could handle the fielding of the bombardment of questions?
Hey, thats an idea Mark. What if occasionally we could have a guest "speaker", such as Mr. R., or someone from Branon, or where ever, on the CHAT line with some way to moderate (and otherwise direct traffic). I wonder if this is done on any of the CHAT groups around............sort of like the NETS we have in amateur radio.
The logistics would probably be too complicated, time consuming. Just a thought.
Thanks for your suggestion Brenda. I'll try that connection myself to see if I can have my personal audience with Tom over lunch................after I get this project out.
Drew, souds like Brenda has the best lead for the main store...................I don't know where it is -- somewhere on LBJ I think -- I use the Plano or Allen store.

Tom does a newsletter. If we asked permission I'm sure we could reprint some of his stuff from time to time.

LBJ at Spurling is the band store; Belt Line and the Tollway the sheetmusic/piano, Carpenter Fwy. the "warehouse", etc. I just didn't know what was "main."
