is there any truth to this or is this wishfull thinking? https://www.ebay.com/itm/324708890255?hash=item4b9a28768f:g:od8AA its of intrest to me as i have this exact same eb model . A robert ***. mine is a quality horn to be sure but buffet quality? not quite. its got serious intonation issues that keeps me from playing it out in public. my bundy plays muchnbetter in tune.

Not at all, the locking screws and the case scream Malerne. The only truth is that Malerne did stencil some Evette and Schaeffer E flats but that’s it. It’s not a true Buffet.

Malerne stencilled some Bb soprano clarinets as well as bass clarinets for Buffet - maybe some altos too.
