Yes, a misprint.
But I have to admit I needed several tries to find your spot. I found the double bar half-way down page 2 (where it goes back to C Major) and stared at the second bar after it trying to find a rhythmic change that wasn't there.
I'm not criticizing the OP, but for anyone who is as much of a literalist as I am, "double bar on the Second page" is actually the double bar at the end of the first page. The bar in question seems to be the 2nd bar of page 2 (p. 13 in the old Carl Fischer edition).

At the risk of pointing out the obvious to the probably not oblivious - second page bar 2 only works as a reference if your editions happen to be the same or at least laid out the same way.
