the mouthpieces have diffrent diameter? More less the same like the "german bass clarinets"'?

It is similar, but different enough that they could not be used interchangeably. Here is a photo comparing my Wurlitzer to the Buffet mouthpiece. The tenon cork is 0.5mm wider on the Buffet and the tenon is much shorter. The window is also too wide for German bass clarinet reeds.
