 Lutoslawski 10 Canons

The great Polish composer wrote "10 Canons for two clarinets", but I haven't been able to track them down. Could anybody offer me any help? Thank you.

He also wrote some canons for three clarinets. Professor Charles Bodman Rae published a brief analysis of at least one of the canons for two clarinets, so perhaps he would be a resource in tracking down the score. He teaches at the University of Adelaide, and his email is charles.bodmanrae@adelaide.edu.au.
