 help identifying instrument

I recently acquired a wood Bb clarinet with no brand identification whatsoever. The only markings are the serial number 25562 on both upper and lower joints and the legend "MADE IN FRANCE" on the rear of the lower joint. Is it possible to identify the manufacturer from such meagre information?

A photograph showing all the keys would be helpful.

Looks like a Malerne stencil.
