 Dear All,
Looking for some suggestions for "important" and nice duets (B flat or A clarinets) from orchestral repertoire.

I know some but maybe you could give me more inspirations than this:
 1. Schostakovich 10 Symphony
 2. Mendelssohn midsummer night's dream scherzo
 3. Ravel Rapsodie Espagnole
 4. Ravel Daphnis et Chloe suite n.2
 5. Mendelssohn Hebrides Ouverture
 6. Bartok Concerto for orchestra
 7. Tchaikovsky 5
 8. Dvorak 8 symphony
 9. Stravinsky Petrushka
 10. Brahms 4
 11. Sibelius violin concerto (2nd mov)

Looking foward to new stuff to practice with my friend!
 Thank you!
 Best regards!

If you look at the entire Daphnis ballet, there is an extended passage for two clarinets that occurs at rehearsal number 55.

There are some nice bits in Shostakovich 9 as well.

Bernstein Symphony No.2 opens with a substantial clarinet duet.

How long does a passage have to be in order to be of interest?

 Mozart - Symphonies 39 & 40
 Mahler - Symphony 2
 Enesco - Romanian Rhapsody 1
Debussy - Petite Suite, movement 2
 Rachmaninov - Piano concerto 2, movement 2

Straying a little from the orchestral repertoire, but there’s some great writing for pairs of clarinets within some of the larger group chamber repertoire, such as the Mozart Serenades (particularly the Gran Partita) and the Beethoven Sextet.

 A few come to mind:

Mahler Symphony 1 (Could even do the Eb duets)
 Ravel Rhapsodie Espagnol
 Ravel Le Tombeau de Couperin
Dukas Sorcerer's Apprentice (not really "soli" but good passages together)
 Debussy La Mer
