You can also check with Leitner and Krauss, Johannes Gleichweit, and AW. Leitner and Krauss told me a couple of years ago they sold blanks in both rubber and treated wood, and Gleichweit definitely makes copies of mouthpieces for players but I don't know if he makes blanks to be sold as such.
At one time, Chris Hill and Guy Chadash were offering a "Ched" blank in two different tone chamber sizes made from their own proprietary rubber; I don't know if they still do.

Dan, I sell decent blanks, with a basic facing. Then people can do their own facings.

I’ve spent a lifetime messing about with facings on my own mouthpieces and have sometimes thought I might get some blanks to see if I could produce anything worthwhile to sell. I did in fact get 4 Zinner blanks just before they packed up. My question with all these blanks, and to you Bob, is, do these blanks come with the correct bore or are they undersized to allow the finisher to bore to his own spec?
The Zinner blanks came with an undersized bore but I know someone who has the ability to make his own reamers and could bore them to size. I never got as far as doing that myself. There seem to be different opinions on what the taper of a French style conical bore mouthpiece should be anyway.

Bob, I added you to the list.
JohnP, I've read in several places that Clark Fobes gets his Debut and Nova from JJ Babbitt purposely undersized so that he can use his customized reamers to get the exact specs that he wants.
Everyone: I suggest contacting the clarinet mouthpiece mold makers to determine what they sell and if variations are possible.
My purpose in creating this thread was to help individuals find blank makers so that they could either start their own business or buy just a few and work on them to help maintain their sense of sanity during this pandemic.
Anyway, I hope it's a useful list.

Just to let you all know, I have been making my own blanks since last April, for my own use, utilizing my in-house 3D printer farm. It has been a very sharp learning curve of over two years.
It has been an arduous process, with as many failures as successes.
I am now producing Eb, Bb, alto, bass, Contra-alto, and Contra bass blanks, and am happy with the results.
However, since I am now semi-retired, I doubt if I will ever be making blanks for resale.
