I have a question, is this a Henri Selmer clarinet?
It has no mark, it just says MADE IN FRANCE

I can't say much about the instrument, it could be an older big bore Selmer but I have never seen one without a serial number. Also the font of the "Made in France" text looks not like Selmer to me.
The "oval table" Selmer mouthpiece is sort of a collectors item.

Yeah I agree, not a Selmer. Hope you didn’t pay a lot for it, just looks like a cheap French stencil instrument.
