Clarinetists looking for a challenging acoustical environment to play in cannot do better than an open park without the aid of bandshell acoustics. That's what Anthony McGill does--with fine acoustical presence and musicality--here in the Bronx, near his old home. Selections from J.S. Bach (and a new piece) in the park in "Mostly Mozart Across the Boroughs." Anybody know what mouthpiece he's using (is it one of the new line Puccini Tosca Kuckmeiers?)
