 Pedler E10351 Clarinet Question

I recently acquired a Pedler clarinet. I was wondering if anyone knew the approximate age for this horn. Serial #E10351; model #166; stamped “American, The Pedler Co., Elkhart, IN” on bell and barrel. The serial number is stamped on both top and bottom pieces.

The horn comes with the original guarantee paper and a Pedler price list. Thanks in advance for your help!
