Based on the serial number and keywork, it appears to be a 1936 Buffet professional clarinet. Back then they were just Buffets. Keywork is all consistent with 1936. No throat A adjustment screw, left hand spatula keys had independent posts, pre-R13 keywork all present.

I have a 1936 Buffet, with serial number just a couple of hundred larger than yours. As was said, there was only one model made in those days. It look spretty similar - but mine does have the throat A adjustment screw. If you hadn't quoted the serial number, I would have guessed it was a 1920s model because of the lack of that. I suppose there's no chance you might have misread the number? On my 1936, the number is on both joints, modern style, whereas with earlier models it was only at the bottom of the lower joint.
