 Cadenza Live accompaniment app

Recently, YaoGuang Zhai (Principal Clarinet, Baltimore Symphony) streamed a recital from home using the Cadenza Live app to provide the accompaniment. Not perfect, but very good. I have tried it and find it much better than the new Smart Music. You can choose the accompaniment to either follow or lead you, and it has other features no longer available in Smart Music--such as transposition and pieces for A-clarinet.

It currently has limited repertoire, but contains a number of the commonly played pieces (Mozart Concerto and Quintet, Brahms, Poulenc, Rabaud, Messager, etc.). For the Mozart pieces, I was pleased to find that the accompaniments provided an orchestra and string quartet, rather than piano reduction.

It is available for Mac and iOS, and requires a wired speaker (no Bluetooth). At the moment it can be used at no cost.
