Hey all, I’ve been thinking about buying a paulus & Schuler barrel for my R13 Bb. Does anyone know a U.S supplier that has these in stock? Innoledy has them up on their website for purchase, but I got refunded as they don’t have any.
And would the RC version of this barrel work with an R13? Or are the bore differences too significant?

Those are all decent barrels, and I’ve actually tried them all. I much prefer the P&S barrel over them, do you think the RC version would work with an R13?

I don't think so. The RC has a larger bore. I have tried the RC P&S barrel on my Festival and that wasn't a success: throat register gets too low compared with the rest of the instrument

I see. I found a tosca version for Bb, do you think that would work? The tosca has a very similar bore to the R13, about 1mm larger than it.

May be but 1mm is a lot. Note that it is the barrel bore that should match (size and taper). And the barrel bore is not the same as the bore at the middle of the instrument. If you have a return option you could try it.
