Anyone knows what ligature he plays in this performance? I'm sure It's not Vandoren M/O, although it looks similar:

Why you are sure it is not a M/O?
I am more interested in the ringless barrel...

ZOWEE!
Well, I was never a huge fan of the Copland Concerto......until now. Frost has just the right take. It isn't almost jazz or almost 19th century. It is a unique offering from Copland that needed the right person to bring it to life.
And that encore...........ZOWEE !!!!
Oh, the ligature could be a custom M/O. When viewed from the perspecitve of his right side, it looked like it was made of carbon fiber. Probably a "one off" from Vandoren.

I say that I'm sure It's not an M/O because I can't find It on the market. Is It a custom carbon fiber M/O??? I would love to try one like It! Anyone has found this specific ligature on market???

Great rendition of the Copland.
I have to still go with Anthony McGill's performance at the ClarinetFest in Belgium in 2018. His performance for me still stands as the best one I've heard.
Cheers,
Robert

Clearly a great performance with some very interesting aspects to his interpretation. Overall, I would agree that McGill's performance is more to my liking, although I appreciate the freedom that Frost brings to this work.
WRT the ligature, it looks like a Black M/O with a black screw. Since the screw has bi-directional threads, it would require a special effort to produce a black screw like Vandoren's. Certainly, they might well accommodate him, but it could simply be annodized or painted.
WRT his mouthpiece, I think I still see a Vandoren "Black Diamond" logo on it. I wonder if he's still using a BD7 or BD4/BD5.

No one mentioned the carbon fiber "Carbonissimo" clarinet ligature made in Spain. https://carbonissimo.com/. I can't tell if that is what Frost is playing, but it is the only carbon fiber ligature I have seen that is in commercial production.

I don’t think Frost is playing the Carbonissimo as it has a solid curved plated to hold the bark of the reed, whereas Frost’s ligature has two horizontal bands, like the M/O. However in another video, you can clearly see this be ligature and it is also not the (current) M/O. It does however appear to be made of a marbled, graphit-like material.
The hunt goes on...

Paul, I’ll see if I can locate it. I think it was one of his new Vivaldi videos — one of the actual recording venue. I think it was a slow movement.

Finally, I asked Martin on facebook and he said this is a Vandoren ligature..
Then I asked Vandoren and said this is a prototype ligature which they will release in a few months, It doesn't have a specific name yet...
I CAN'T WAIT TO TEST THIS LIGATURE!!!! VERY INTERESTING!
As for now I'm playing an M/O pink gold..
