Not so lucky.
According to Jerry Junkins, the tempo at 62 through "poco a poco ritardando" is...quarter note = 172 (ish).

But still workable with some woodshedding.
I wanted to add that it's one of those instances where composers push a section of instruments to the speed and technical limits to purposely achieve a bit of "frantic nature" to the sound. You'll notice though it is a background "pad" to the brass main theme in that moment and it is interpreted appropriately by Junkins.
