So I picked up a used Buffet E11.
The previous Owner never really cleaned it.
I'd like to clean the bore as well as the exterior of the clarinet, not the keys which seem to look pretty good.
Quick question, what should I use? Rubbing Alcohol, or hydrogen Peroxide maybe and then after bore oil or Olive Oil?

I would only use olive oil to clean the bore. Find an old tee shirt or another source of cotton fabric and a cleaning rod. Cut out several squares of cloth. I would repeatedly oil the bore followed by swabbing it out with a dry cloth. Do this until the cloths come out clean. Oil is quite good at breaking down deposits in the bore. Alcohol should not be used as it will dry out the bore too much. Also don’t forget to clean and oil the sockets and toneholes as dirt and debris tends to build up here. Cotton swabs dipped in oil work great for cleaning toneholes without damaging the wood.
Worst case scenario if this fails you would need to take off all the keys and use some kind of oil soap, but I would save that for a last resort.
