So thanks to corona, you can't order from MusicMedic right now - that is to say, they won't ship until April 26th at the earliest.
Has anyone here on these forums ever ordered from Windplus? (Windplus.net)

I would say that in general, most non-essential retailers will have to curtail business for the safety of their employees (not sure about Rutland but London has it bad). If you're short necessary supplies (reeds, cork grease, etc.) you may just have to realize that things are internationally slowing down and clarinet playing may not be in cards for the foreseeable future.

I’ve ordered from them since 2011 for my own repairs, I’m not a repairer but a pro player so it’s usually been small orders. They’ve always been 100% reliable, sent out the order often if not always the next day with clear information if something’s not in stock. These are difficult times so if you’re worried send them an email first to see if they’re delivering as normal. I would give them the highest recommendation. Can’t say more.

In Germany, woodwind shops are closed but they ship via mail. I know at least from three different shops for sure that they do.

OK everyone,
I'm very sorry for voicing my concerns that loudly. I'll edit the initial post.
That being said, an alternative from Germany was indeed found: claripad.de, they make incredibly good offers if you're into buying lots, and even the single pads are pretty affordable. Really excited to see how they perform. Might discuss them in a new thread.
Windplus still has an outstandig offering and if you guys say they're reliable, I'll happily buy from there next time.
