Clarinetist on Paul Cantelon's Odessa Medley?

I've been trying to identify the clarinetist who appears on Paul Cantelon's "Odessa Medley" (from the "Everything is Illuminated" soundtrack). I've found quite a bit of information about the other music on the soundtrack, but have come up empty on the performers of Paul Cantelon's compositions from the movie.

Even figuring out whether the group is based in Europe/US/elsewhere would be helpful.

Any thoughts or direction would be appreciated.
