I had one about 10 years ago. Very fine instrument. Key work was silky smooth. Response was very good except for a couple of slightly stuffy notes in the clarion just above the register vent switchover (E, F, and F#). This seems to be typical of bass clarinets. If you have a chance to buy one for a good price I would grab it. The 37 is the immediate predecessor of the model 67 (Privilege).
