 Normandy 4, Noblet Artist 45 Differences

I've seen a number of Noblet 45 Artist model Clarinets for sale
Not being able to play them I would be interested in knowing how they may be the same or different from a Normandy 4 ( which I had at one time)
That said I realize there are different versions of each of these Clarinets
