Is there any form of model number stamped/engraved on the top joint along with the logo?
The serial number won't offer much in identifying it as Yamaha haven't published their serial number lists and they're all over the place at best.
It was most likely made before 1987 if it says 'Nippon Gakki Co. Ltd.' on it.
The wooden clarinets Yamaha offered from the '70s through to '87 were the 30, 50*, 60, 70* and 80 (Custom) series. The 30 series had nickel plated keywork - all others were silver plated (unless the 50 series were also nickel plated).
* 50 and 70 series were US only models.
