Conn 444N and 446N barrel lengths?
Author: MKilpatrick

Hello all, if anyone here owns either or both a Conn 444N and 446N clarinet, please could they give me the exact length of the original barrels that went with these two clarinets?

I have one of each and a couple of Conn barrels that I got on Ebay for some reason or another. But actually I'm not sure now which belongs to which!

The barrels often have a letter L or K (or also others?) stamped abour the Conn USA text that is just visible close to the bottom end of the barrel. Are these codes for the length?

I've had these for years but only just started getting my playing up to scratch so I can double on them with my band, on baritone sax.

thanks,

Michael
