I am not familiar enough with all the Eb horn dimensions across the German/French divide, however on Bb it is easy enough to take down the tenon of the German mouthpiece (both length and diameter) the 1mm to make them fit their French counterpart. There is another layer of pitch adjustment there, but it is slight and doable (the German mouthpiece is longer than the French and the difference comes in that the third register notes are a little flatter....but not horribly so).
I'd say, see what you get with a straight up Wurlitzer mouthpiece from Thomann.de and let us know how it goes!
