And he has a link under the video to his University of Washington site (he's retired now too) that recommends cane from

1. Donati

or Ghys, which I couldn't find.

I called RDG (323-463-4930) and found out that they sell tube cane of various lengths as well as clarinet reed blanks which were explained to me as being "almost finished" but need more refining work to be completed.

Here's the webpage for the blanks: $0.99 each

i actually prefer to make the reed from the tube...
i get better results.
