Heyo
So I just recently got a Tradition from Buffet (its the "old" one without the low f adjust)
For some reason its still playing like 10 cents flat.
How can I cure this flatness?
I'm playing on 13 series M13, 13 series M30
Vandoren 3.5 V12s and 3.5+ 56 Rue Lep
Is it the mouthpiece? Or is it me?

What are you tuning to? 440?
Changes are it's mouthpieces and barrels if the whole horn is consistently flat. If the high register go flat most likely it's the mouthpiece.
If you are trying to tune to 442 try a different mouthpiece.

Instead of the 13 series M30, try a Traditional (non-series 13) M30 mouthpiece. The Traditional M30 Vandoren usually tunes just a bit higher than the series 13 M30. Unfortunately for the M13 mouthpiece, it comes only in the 13 series and tends to tune a bit low on some clarinets. What barrel length are you using?

I'm using 65mm barrel
also interchanging with a 64.5 Backun MOBA (for Selmer)
So Traditional Vandoren will fix this? (Don't want to waste $100 lol)

Is the tuning generally good? Is it only a few notes that are flat or is the whole clarinet flat across all registers?
I recently had same problem with an older R13 Prestige A clarinet. The solution was to use a shorter barrel.
If you can get a 64mm barrel you should be able to to tune to 440mm.
Or cut the original barrel by 1mm.

Notice I said "try," not "buy" a traditional Vandoren M30 to see if that helps.
I'd never buy a mouthpiece I could not return if it doesn't work for me. You never know what's going to come out of it till you play it. But the Vandoren traditional does play a few cents higher generally than the series 13 models.(This may or may not be enough to correct your problem). Some mouthpiece techs say this is because the series 13 line have a slightly deeper baffle that increases the overall size of the mouthpiece interior. Some mouthpiece makers have mouthpieces that tune to what they call "European" standards (closer to A=442 than 440). Walter Grabner and Reserve (the new Evolution E-European-model) for instance.

I agree with "seabreaze." The mouthpiece is the fundamental tone generator and the traditional Vandoren model will help.
