Instead of the 13 series M30, try a Traditional (non-series 13) M30 mouthpiece. The Traditional M30 Vandoren usually tunes just a bit higher than the series 13 M30. Unfortunately for the M13 mouthpiece, it comes only in the 13 series and tends to tune a bit low on some clarinets. What barrel length are you using?
