Is it possible 2 play higher than the altissimo G# on Eb Alto Clarinet, Bb Bass Clarinet and Eb Clarinet?

I've tried on all 3 and couldn't even get the overblown A out on any of these. R there any players that have ever played any of those notes out on any of these clarinets?

On Bb, I can get altissimo Bb out by biting and a forked fingering. Maybe in about a decade I will try the B and super C out on Bb.

 Any ideas?

It's certainly perfectly possible to play up to altissimo C on the Bass clarinet. Not a pretty note (when I play it!) and fortunately I have never met it in a score in practice.
I suspect that an experienced pro could actually go higher as in some ways the higher partials are easier to get on the lower pitched instruments.

Its possible on all clarinets, including contras. You should be able to play chromatically up to high C. If not, on the larger instruments, there is usually a leak somewhere.

I don't find it advisable on Eefers, I prefer to keep my eardrums intact.

Zander's Ballade for Bass Clarinet and Piano (https://youtu.be/dRgdH5mBFIE) covers the full range from written C3 to C7 with a couple of E7's on top.

@EbClarinet: playing that high on bass clarinet is a lot about getting a grip on partials (e.g. doing bugle calls without moving a finger), looking for suitable fingering/partial combinations and taking time for it...

And as Paul indicates, your instrument must be OK, leaks will pre-select partials for you.

Yes, check my website page for a fingeing chart for Bb and bass clarinet. But one has to voice properly and use good breath support. The mouthpiece reed combination can make a huge difference as well as well as embouchure support.
