Hello all,
My first message on this forum was a little bit ago. It was regarding a modern clarinettist and a forgotten piece that had absolutely captivated me several years ago. Well... I found it! Emilien Véret is a fantastic clarinetist. I wanted to share the piece here. Check out "De Passage" from Véret's 2015 album Clarinettes Urbaines the ending is just absolutely stunning.

Sound effect at the end is achieved by humming a different pitch (like using a kazoo) than what you're playing. That's how the old timey jazz players got that "growl."
