Thank you everybody for your reply.
This clarinet is globally weel tuned execped this Bb (A and G# are ok , clairon and chalumeau registers too).
I played usually with a B40 and i 'm going to play with a B45 Lyre (opened mouthpiece) and a crystal pomarico number 2 with the same result (A:395 Hz, Bb : 430 hz, B: 440Hz ).
I will try to reduce the tonehole diameter by Karl's method and I 'll search vintage mouthpieces to test.
I'll give you my feedback.
