 Saucier Three Pieces

Is anyone familiar with the Three Pieces for Solo Clarinet by Gene Saucier? He was evidently a music professor at Ole Miss, and wrote the piece for Benny Goodman in the mid 1960's.

What intrigues me about it is that there are instructions for a "soft pedal" effect, as well as quarter-tone fingerings.

Anyone familiar with it? Know of any recordings of Goodman playing it?

Thanks.
