I agree with this thought. Some motion seems ok, most less so. It's not an easy call; some music seems to imply physicality. I like the recent Istvan Kohan video, but it represents a rare exception for me. When in doubt, minimize.

Most great pianists, including Horowitz, have focused their performing energies on producing their aural intentions, rather than on visual show. However, they rarely have appeared "relaxed" to me. Here's a link to a great performance by Horowitz; the intensity that he radiates is palpable.
